You can train with us 8:30am–20:00pm, Mon–Fri. or by arrangement
Located in the heart of lively Prenzlberg, in the backyard of Schönhauser Allee 134, you can find the Ready Set Move training studio. In two rooms we offer a broad range of training.
With a special isometric strength training device, we can replace a barbell rack with more than 500kg weight. Isometric strength training triggers muscle growth and burns fat while being not as taxing on the body as traditional strength training. For bodyweight training, we can adjust our rings to flexibly adjust the challenge exercises like rows and pull-ups can provide.
The bouldering wall extends the dimensions of our movement training and at the large tatami floor, we train motor control, strength, and endurance with animal moves and gymnastics exercises.
To keep the atmosphere relaxed your own music plays from our boxes. The big fan provides a fresh breeze and we adapt the lighting to power or relaxation mode. Want to hit the office or club after training? Take a refreshing shower after working out.

Kettle bells provide mobility and strength at the same time
We find the exercises that suit you best and adapt them to fit your level – thus you will be challenged but never overwhelmed
The L-Sit provides compression strength and core stability
The tiny holds are perfect for kids to climb
Always smile – it makes the training easier
Crawls train the core while moving – strength, motor control and mobility all at once
Before practicing with high intensity and volume, we look carefully at the movement technique
Each animal move can be adapted to focus on a specific topic – here we pronounce the shoulder movement
On the bouldering wall new dimensions of movement can be explored
Even the youngest can enjoy a climbing adventure with us
