In the following sessions, we implement the training plan.

Neuro athletic training is an approach to prepare the body to optimise and sustainably improve any movement.
Lars works with you on imbalances of the nervous sytem and thus reduces bad posture. By optimising movement patterns during sports and day to day life, muscular tensions are released and pain is reduced.
